How Converging Fractal Runs an Engagement
Our Approach page describes how we think about teams — the pillars and orientation that shape what good collaboration looks like. This page describes something different: how that thinking becomes an actual engagement, from first conversation to lasting change.
Every Converging Fractal engagement moves through five phases: the CFOS™ 5D methodology. Each phase builds on validated findings from the one before it, never generic frameworks imposed from outside.
1. Discovery
Deep listening, stakeholder engagement, and pattern observation across regions and cultures. Before anything is diagnosed or designed, we understand your organization on its own terms.
2. Diagnosis
We identify what's already working, why it's working, and what's blocking it from scaling. This isn't a search for what's broken; it's a search for the patterns worth amplifying.
3. Design
An approach co-created for your organization's specific context, culture, and capabilities, never a one-size-fits-all framework applied from outside.
4. Development
We work alongside your teams to implement, adjusting based on what's actually being learned, and building the internal capability to sustain it.
5. Deployment
Ownership transfers. Governance is established. The changes are built to outlast our engagement, not dependent on us staying involved.
